China-South Asia poverty reduction exhibition 2018
China-South Asia poverty reduction exhibition was held along the sidelines with the ‘First China-South Asia Cooperation Forum’ (CSACF) in Yuxi, Yunnan Province. It was attended by the Indian Consul-General in Guangzhou, Mr. Sailas Thangal, INTACH Pondicherry Mr.Ashok Panda, Trade and Business leaders from India, and representatives from the NGO - Pondicherry India-China friendship association(PICFA), Mrs. Radha Srinivasagopalan, and Dr. Das Bikash Kali. It was a successful effort from Yunnan, China to link with the South Asian countries through engaging in trade ties and sharing the knowledge of poverty alleviation.

Mrs. Radha Srinivasagopalan, President of PICFA was one of the delegations participating in the inaugural ceremony of the grand event.
"PICFA" was the only NGO from India, invited by the Foreign affairs of Dali Prefecture. Mrs. Radha Srinivasagopalan and Dr. Das Bikash Kali participated and shared their views on poverty reduction during one of the forum's events.
PICFA is working in the field of friendly cooperation between Dali city and Pondicherry. The exhibition focused on the display of poverty reduction experiments by China.
Over 400 ministers, senior officials, delegates, NGOs, and media representatives from all SAARC member-states attended the event at the Fuxian Lake Hilton.
